I'm Heath Maguire. After building and selling a 7-figure digital agency and delivering thousands of successful website and marketing projects over the last decade, I've shifted gears. Nowadays, I collaborate closely with SME founders who are scaling up, levelling out, or facing crossroads in their businesses. I work well with those seeking a trusted, no-nonsense advisor in their corner.

I started young, very hands-on in the family business. No silver spoon for me - just early mornings and hard lessons. After earning a degree in international business and spending a decade producing luxury events around the world, I returned home, got married, had two wonderful kids, and started my first marketing agency.

My business (just like my kids) grew rapidly. I merged it with my web agency and built a thriving, multi-million-dollar operation with a killer team and an SME client base that I genuinely enjoyed working with. Eventually, I sold the whole thing and now sit on its advisory board while helping other founders achieve similar (or even greater) success.

These days, I come in at an executive level to help businesses sharpen their strategies, refine their operations, and get serious about marketing that actually works. I have a knack for simplifying chaos, fixing what's clunky, and implementing systems that reduce the reliance on additional personnel, especially through the integration of AI and automation.

You won't get buzzwords or boardroom theatrics with me. I'm here to help you cut through the noise, identify opportunities, and make confident decisions. It's honest, hands-on work and usually involves some colourful language and a few good laughs.
